What counts as a tiny win?
Post anything like:
- Fixed a bug
- Chose a name
- Bought a domain
- Cleaned up a page
- Finished a logo
- Wrote a post
- Got SMTP working
- Made a backup
- Improved mobile layout
- Removed broken code
- Found the right setting
- Published one update
- Learned one useful thing
- Finally stopped overthinking one tiny detail
Tiny wins are how big projects get built.
A finished project is just hundreds of small wins stacked in a trench coat pretending to be a launch.

Deleting bad code, old ideas, messy pages, unused plugins, or fake “temporary” sections is progress.
Sometimes building better means removing the nonsense.
