Welcome to Fyrbloc. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using
Fyrbloc, including the website, forum, discussions, pages, accounts, features, and
community tools available at fyrbloc.com.
By accessing or using Fyrbloc, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Community Guidelines,
and any other rules or policies displayed on the site.
1. About Fyrbloc
Fyrbloc is a community for builders, makers, coders, creators, indie developers, designers,
founders, and people building digital projects. Members can post discussions, ask questions,
share resources, request feedback, publish build logs, and take part in community conversations.
2. Who may use Fyrbloc
You must be legally able to use online services and create an account under the laws that apply
to you. If you are under 18, you should only use Fyrbloc with permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, username, profile, password security, and activity carried
out through your account. You must not share your login details, impersonate another person, create
misleading accounts, or use Fyrbloc in a way that harms the community.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you post on Fyrbloc, including discussions, replies, profile text,
links, images, files, and other materials you choose to share.
By posting content on Fyrbloc, you give Fyrbloc permission to host, display, store, reproduce,
format, publish, and make that content available as needed to operate and promote the forum.
This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and continues for as long as your
content remains on Fyrbloc.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post anything you share. Do not upload
or post content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, confidentiality, or any other
rights belonging to someone else.
5. Community conduct
You agree to follow the Fyrbloc Community Guidelines. You must not post or use Fyrbloc for:
- harassment, threats, bullying, hate, abuse, or targeted attacks;
- spam, scams, fake offers, misleading promotions, or repeated self-advertising;
- malware, phishing, account theft, credential harvesting, or harmful code;
- doxxing, private information leaks, or posting personal data without permission;
- fraud, piracy, illegal activity, or instructions that help others break the law;
- content that exploits, harms, or endangers other people;
- automated scraping, bot activity, or mass posting without permission;
- anything that damages, overloads, disrupts, or interferes with Fyrbloc.
6. Code, scripts, tools, and technical advice
Fyrbloc may include posts about code, scripts, hosting, servers, AI tools, automation, websites,
apps, games, and software setup. Content posted by members is provided for discussion and learning.
You are responsible for testing, reviewing, and safely using any code, commands, scripts, downloads,
tools, or instructions before using them on your own systems.
Do not post malicious code, backdoors, credential stealers, exploit kits, phishing tools, or
instructions intended to compromise systems or accounts.
7. Marketplace, offers, and transactions
Fyrbloc may allow members to discuss services, templates, scripts, assets, digital products, and
project requests. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Fyrbloc is not a party to transactions between
members.
Members are responsible for checking prices, licences, ownership rights, delivery terms, refund
terms, and the trustworthiness of anyone they deal with. Fyrbloc does not guarantee the quality,
safety, legality, delivery, or outcome of any third-party offer, service, or product.
8. Moderation
Fyrbloc may moderate the community to keep it safe, useful, and focused. Moderators and administrators
may edit, move, hide, lock, delete, merge, split, or restrict content where needed.
Accounts may be warned, suspended, restricted, or removed for breaking these Terms, breaking the
Community Guidelines, abusing the service, posting spam, or creating risk for other users or Fyrbloc.
9. Reporting problems
If you see spam, abuse, illegal content, unsafe links, scams, copyright concerns, or rule-breaking
behaviour, use the available report tools or contact Fyrbloc.
10. Third-party links and services
Fyrbloc may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, downloads, repositories, products,
services, and resources. Fyrbloc is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability,
privacy practices, terms, products, or services.
11. Availability and changes
Fyrbloc may change, update, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may
also update features, tags, extensions, pages, rules, and community settings as the forum develops.
12. No guarantees
Fyrbloc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will
always be available, error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, usefulness, or reliability of content posted
by members.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyrbloc and its operators will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of
reputation, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by reliance on user-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Ending your use of Fyrbloc
You may stop using Fyrbloc at any time. You may also contact us about account-related requests.
Some content may remain visible where it forms part of public discussions, moderation records,
backups, logs, or where retention is needed for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are important, we may notify users through
the forum, by email, or by requiring users to accept the updated Terms before continuing.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory laws in your location
require otherwise.
